Bluesdoodles, watched and listen on repeat. The Rainbreakers have done it again another single full of verve, energy and dynamic vibe that is their very own style. Light Me Up is the third single following on from Ashes and Forgotten Child.

Bluesdoodles recommends you watch, listen and learn. First time let the generous melodies wash over you as the ebb and flow from power to a gentler feel. The second listen really focus on the lyrics and the clever use of words and phrasing as Ben sings clichés ‘No rest for the wicked’, Can’t see the Wood for the Trees’ ‘Diamond in the Rough’ that thread together into a narrative of transition the anxiety as you shape our own fate and personality. The just sit back and enjoy the growling guitar breaks, the rhythm that rolls across the track that simple excites on every listen.

Having listened to three singles released this hear the forthcoming album promises to be something very special. Let’s hope they are playing these winning tracks when they tour Autumn 2021.
