Sitting behind the drum kit as a founding member of Sevendust, Morgan has also performed with Korn, Motley Crue, and more, as well as having his own successful clothing range Alien Freak Wear and signature gear with Pearl and Vater, plus being an accomplished record producer and vice president of independent label Imagen Records.

Handling vocals, piano, arrangements, and of course, drums, he presents the full scope of his musical persona on his debut EP, Controlled Chaos, set for release on November 27 via Rise Records.

“It’s interesting,” he smiles. “Audiences have heard me scream on Sevendust songs, but I don’t think this sounds like anything you’d expect. I didn’t believe it was me! It starts with what you might anticipate and from there, it’s like, ‘What the hell is this?’ To sing these lyrics and have the songs come from me was therapeutic.”

Tom Dixon’s review of Peter Veteska and Blues Train new album grass ain’t always greener on the other side

‘Another quality album from Peter and his talented crew…probably, in my mind at least, his best yet with so much to enjoy and glean from every listen as the clever guitar and keys behind every track reveal themselves and the bass and drums lock the rhythms down faultlessly.’

Liz Aiken’s review of George Benson’s Weekend In London live at Ronnie Scott’s.

‘Weekend in London just keeps on giving over the seventy minutes of listening pleasure. I recommend that you turn down the lights, pour yourself your favourite tipple, shut out the world and immerse yourself in George Benson’s lush sounds, a comforting and exciting musical hug.’

Tom Dixon reviews Erja Lyytinen performs Lockdown 2020 Live

I have always loved the way Erja plays the guitar: the emotion, energy and passion flows through her dextrous fingers and bottleneck and this albums shows it all beautifully… (An) album packed with quality songs and musicianship that feeds the blues into many different guises so well.

Liz Aiken Reviews Alter Bridge E.P. Walk The Sky 2.0

‘Hearing the music live is bittersweet. It is wonderful to have that rawer authentic vibe of music being played directly for you. When front of stage live music keeps you in the moment. This is often lost in ‘Live – from‘ albums. Not here the vitality, urgency and the shaping of the very air around the stage to modulate in time with the music has been captured.’
