Fab says of the song ‘It’s about keeping on pushing to uplift oneself out of dire straits, and the fight against social and income disparity, homelessness & discrimination, especially in a city like Los Angeles where I live. This can be felt all across the world and we must work with each other for change.’
The single is taken from the forthcoming “Counterfeited Blues!” album which provides the soundscape for the explosive live performances of Soul Garage Experience. George Benson Weekend In London

On November 13th, GRAMMY-winning jazz icon George Benson will release ‘Weekend In London,’ an electrifying new live album capturing his 2019 performance at London’s intimate 250-seat Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. Only a handful of lucky fans were present as the lights went down that magical night in 2019. But now, Kevin Shirley’s dynamic production is your invitation to slide onto Ronnie Scott’s red velvet banquette, call for a scotch on the rocks and catch the sparks as Benson’s honeyed vocal and fluid licks drive the finest live outfit in modern jazz.
Ahead of this he has revealed ‘Turn Your Love Around (live)’ and talking about it he says; “This was an unusual song, given what I was recording at the time, that was brought to me by Steve Lukather, guitarist from the group Toto. I instantly fell in love with the song and it shows in the spirit and attitude in the recording.”

Bluesdoodles says: turn the lights down, and your speakers up, pour a glass of your favourite drink and sit back relax and George’s soulful vocals wash your cares away.

The Struts Joined by Tom Morello on Wild Child

British rockers The Struts have released their stunning new album Strange Days today, October 16th, on Interscope / Polydor Records.
Several songs on Strange Days are graced with an appearance from rock-and-roll royalty — an organic turn of events for a band who opened for The Rolling Stones before they’d even put out their first album.
And on ‘Wild Child’, Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello joins Spiller, guitarist Adam Slack, bassist Jed Elliott, and drummer Gethin Davies for a fierce and filthy anthem that marks their heaviest track to date.

Twister – Call To Arms

This new single is taken from Twister’s forthcoming debut album “Cursed And Corrected” – released November 6th 2020
The first single from this album, is a statement piece of our feelings in current times. Modern times require you to pick a cause and take action. As the chorus suggests ‘Seize the day and overcome’. Powerful lyrics are tag-teamed with powerful melodies throughout before reaching a breath-taking breakdown, shouting the question, “What are you waiting for?!”
