  1. Hey ! Did anyone see the great Sonny Landreth doing a solo live slot on Vintage TV. What a slide player he is, it was like the best master class by a true Louisiana guitar legend. If you didn’t then please catch his awesome new Live In Louisiana double CD. One acoustic and one electric, all recorded on one night, with his trio on the electric set, and a seated group on the acoustic. The music is true Louisiana blues, superbly played and is the first full chance to catch his live show in full. We did get Live in Grant Street a few years ago but this is the real dreal and some, and one tremendous joy to review. This is a maestro in full flight, and with tracks from his last studio blues album plus songs throughout his career. This is an absolute must, just hope he gets around to touring Europe again before too long.
